Iceberg is a semi-dry dessert wine with a hint of sweetness and a crisp finish. Aromas of peach and honey lead into an easy drinking wine with

subtle fruit flavour and a delicate sweetness that pairs wonderfully with light foods or can be enjoyed all by itself.

winemaker's notes

We took the meaning of “unconventional winemaking” to the next level in creating ICEBERG. We threw out the rule book in establishing this wine style. ICEBERG is somewhere between a chardonnay ice wine and an iced cider. It is not as sweet as other dessert wines and can be enjoyed on its own or with flavoursome foods.
