A semi-sparkling Extra Brut wine, VENICE FRIZZANTE’s cascade of subtle bubbles sparkle a straw yellow with hints of golden reflections. The delicate nose of lime, sliced melons, yellow apple and gooseberry linger as the wine begins to seduce your senses. The light but crisp acidity and pleasantly tart flavour matches well with shell fish, foie gras, duck, spicy Chinese and Thai foods, soft cheeses, paté, olives, and nuts.
